While some people are riding the wave I am still stuck on the beach. If you don’t know what I am talking about you should check the alpha release of the new Google Wave [wave.google.com]. What is Google Wave? [demo video] What exactly the niche Google Wave will fill, remains to be seen. At first impression I thought it was a replacement for email/IM/SMS, however reviewers such as Leo Laporte [leoville.com] , and Gina Trapani [ginatrapani.org] see it is a collaboration too rather than a communication device. Now to my title can someone out there help me to start surfing the wave? I have an idea is to build some plugins for two items, wordpress and an Adobe Air client.
